Has 5–8 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Optimization or Process Automation solutions
Is confident leading interactive discovery sessions and scoping workshops
Can gather and engineer requirements – from writing and visualizing them to managing them
Can translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Evaluates use cases with structured frameworks, e.g. impact vs. effort or feasibility analysis
Understands process mapping, workflow automation and practical uses of AI in business
Uses AI tools daily for research, proofreading and structuring documents
Stands out with strong communication skills.
Has a background in technology or strategy consulting
Knows the data governance, security and ethics side of enterprise AI deployment
