INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF JOB APPLICANTS 1. The administrator of the personal data contained in the job offer form and other data collected in the course of the recruitment process is: deepsense.ai sp. z o.o. with its registered office at al. Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024 Warsaw ("Administrator", Company or "we"). 2. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at the above address or e-mail address: dpo@deepsense.ai. 3. As a general rule, we process your personal data (hereinafter: "Data") for the purpose of considering your application and carrying out the current recruitment process and, if you have given your consent for future recruitment processes for similar positions as well. In the event that your application is not in response to a specific advertisement, based on your consent, we will process your data for the purpose of carrying out recruitment processes for positions corresponding to your professional experience. 4. We may process the following categories of Data: identification data, date of birth, contact data, education and professional qualifications, history of previous employment and other data provided by you in the course of recruitment (e.g. image, interests, skills). 5. The basis for the processing of Data is the provisions of applicable law, in particular the Labor Code and implementing acts, the fulfillment of obligations under the law and taking action prior to the conclusion of a contract, at your request, and to a greater extent than specified in these provisions or for future recruitment processes, your consent. The basis for processing the Data may also be the realization of the legitimate interests of the Administrator (in terms of defense against the assertion of possible claims). 6. The provision of Personal Data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment. 7. We received your Data directly from you, from an entity supporting us in the recruitment process or from the organizer of an event during which you agreed to share your Data with us. 8. Your data may be transferred to entities that technically or organizationally help us conduct recruitment, including communication with candidates, provide support and operation of our ICT tools and systems (e.g. data storage), or provide ongoing legal or accounting services. 9. The data will be processed for the purposes specified above for the duration of the recruitment process and, in the case of candidates who have consented to the processing of their personal data for future recruitment, also for the legitimate duration of future recruitment, but no longer than 24 months from the date of submitting the data. 10. Your Data will generally not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. However, should the need arise, we will ensure the protection of your Personal Data in particular through the use of standard contractual clauses adopted under a decision of the European Commission. You can obtain a copy of the protections for data transferred outside the European Economic Area by contacting us via the addresses indicated above. 11. You have the right to access your personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of such personal data, to request the rectification, deletion or restriction of processing thereof, to object to their processing, to transfer them to another administrator, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Poland - under the terms of the applicable regulations. 12. If the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent given by you, you have the right to withdraw it by any means and at any time - however, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
